Project Lead Times

Please keep in mind the minimum lead time required when submitting your project. While we always strive to provide projects more quickly, standard lead times are 1 week for printing requests & 2 weeks for design requests. This applies to both internal clients (31FSS facilities) and any other print shop orders. Please note that lead times can fluctuate based on projects & staffing. We will always communicate if your requested lead time is not feasible.

Please call the Marketing Office at 632-5080/0434-30-5080 if you have a high-volume project, require a shorter lead time, or have questions.

Magazine & Ticket Submission Deadlines

The following details are required for all submissions for the Get Up & Go Magazine and also applies to all requests submitted through the Marketing Ticket System (posters, social media, website, etc.) 

The general rule for deadlines: All requests must be submitted no less than 2 months (45 business days) before the date of your event. Please submit your request sooner if more promotion time is required.

Rush Orders: Any request submitted less than 2 months or 45 business days from the date of the event is a "Rush Order" and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Rush orders must have Marketing Personnel and Flight Chief approval. When creating your ticket and prompted to “Choose your Facility or Request” please select "Rush Order".

A Kind Reminder: Please note that as a small production team, these deadlines allow adequate time for our marketing personnel to coordinate, design, proof, edit, print, distribute, schedule, and promote your request. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
